<aside> 💡 ABOUT OPENPRINCIPLES At OpenPrinciples, we want to bring open-source and evidence-oriented approach to the process of personal and organizational development with principles.
OpenPrinciples.org is a community-maintained Wiki for work and life principles organized around books, problems, facts, and curators. The concept was inspired by Ray Dalio's book "Principles" and Bridgewater's "Coach" system. We want to make the right principles available at the right time for the right people, so everyone can make better decisions and make fewer repeated mistakes.
Our Theory of Change has helped our Fellows to become 44% more principled through the OpenPrinciples Fellowship.
<aside> 🔥 WHAT ARE PRINCIPLES? Principles are virtues, lessons, mental models, methods, and best practices learned through action and reflection.
Deduced principles are hence applied towards making better decisions for oneself and the world.
Principles are diverse and can be as general as “Be kind to others” to as specific as “Only eat two servings of lasagna at an Italian wedding”.
